Hawaiian, JetBlue sign codeshare, frequent flier agreements

Hawaiian Airlines and JetBlue Airways said Wednesday that they have signed a codeshare agreement that will allow passengers from Hawaii to connect to East Coast cities after Hawaiian begins its service next week between Honolulu and New York.

Hawaiian (Nasdaq: HA) and JetBlue (Nasdq: JBLU) also signed an agreement that will allow frequent fliers of both airlines to earn miles for travel on either airline….
